Job Description
Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Groundskeeper to support operations at the Anheuser-Busch Williamsburg Brewery.
This role is responsible for maintaining the outdoor grounds, landscaping, and overall appearance of the property. On a daily basis, you will perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general site cleanup, helping ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role best suited for someone comfortable working with landscaping equipment and in varying weather conditions.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
- Operate landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and common outdoor areas
- Perform seasonal work including leaf removal and winter weather support (snow/ice removal as needed)
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, and general landscape upkeep
- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment
- Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues

Qualifications
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance preferred
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical work including walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
