Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt
What You Can Expect
- $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
- Annual increase potential.
- OT after 8.
- Paid Time Off.
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!
- Communicate daily workload.
- Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
