Job Description
The Finance Support Worker is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and key office administration tasks. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and coding to correct accounts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain AP aging reports and support month-end closing activities along with weekly and monthly closing.
- Monitor outstanding balances and conduct collection follow-ups as needed.
- Assist with office supply management, vendor communication, vendor set up, and scheduling tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to finance and management teams.
- Data entry.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2 years finance support experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
