End-of-Season Flex Worker - Togwotee Mountain Lodge

CRH
Moran, WY Full Time
POSTED ON 9/7/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/7/2026

Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to spend the end of your summer and fall working in one of the most scenic parts of the country? Togwotee Mountain Lodge is located in the heart of northwest Wyoming, approximately 45 minutes from Grand Teton National Park and within easy driving distance of Yellowstone National Park. It’s an ideal location for employees who want to spend their time off exploring some of Wyoming’s most iconic mountains, wildlife, trails, and national parks.

The End-of-Season Flex Worker at Togwotee Mountain Lodge provides flexible support throughout the property based on business and staffing needs. This position is designed for seasonal employees who are available to join the Togwotee team later in the summer and remain through the end of the operating season.

Upon hire, Flex Workers will be placed in the department that best aligns with their skills, prior experience, qualifications, and current business needs. Current areas of need may include Server, Busser, Bartender, Dishwasher, Cook, Housekeeper, Front Desk, Retail, and more.

While employees will generally have a primary departmental assignment, this is a Flex Worker position. Employees should expect to assist in other departments, positions, or work areas when operational needs require additional support. Assignments may change throughout the season, and employees must be comfortable learning new responsibilities and working as part of different teams.

Flex Workers are eligible for Togwotee's FREE employee housing and are eligible for a $250 bonus after successfully completing the season in good standing, which runs through October 14, 2026.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs duties within the employee’s primary assigned department while providing support to other departments based on operational and staffing needs.
  • Provides friendly, efficient customer service and maintains a professional environment for guests and coworkers.
  • Server/Busser: Takes and delivers guest orders, clears and resets tables, maintains service areas, and supports dining operations.
  • Bartender: Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, operates point-of-sale systems, maintains the bar area, and follows all responsible alcohol service requirements.
  • Dishwasher: Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas using proper manual and mechanical washing procedures.
  • Cook: Prepares food according to recipes, menus, portion and quality standards while following all food safety, sanitation, storage, and temperature-control requirements.
  • Housekeeper: Cleans and services guest rooms, cabins, restrooms, public areas, and employee areas, including making beds, replacing linens, restocking supplies, removing trash, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Front Desk: Assists with guest check-in and check-out, reservations, payments, guest questions and requests, and provides information regarding the property and surrounding area.
  • Retail: Assists guests with purchases, operates point-of-sale systems, stocks and organizes merchandise, maintains displays, and keeps retail areas clean and guest-ready.
  • Maintains assigned work areas, equipment, supplies, and inventory in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Follows all applicable Aramark safety, sanitation, food handling, cash handling, alcohol service, security, and workplace policies and procedures.
  • Reports safety concerns, damaged equipment, supply needs, maintenance concerns, and guest issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in accepting different assignments, departments, schedules, and responsibilities as business needs change.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done positively impacts our employees and customers. To meet our commitments, duties may change or additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Togwotee Mountain Lodge operates seven days per week, and this position does not have a fixed Monday-Friday schedule. Flex Workers must be available for a variable schedule that may include AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled days, shift times, departments, and available hours may change throughout the season based on occupancy, staffing, operational needs, and the approaching end of the seasonal operation. Employees may be assigned to support different departments or shifts throughout their employment. Job duties and available hours are expected to change during the season based on business and staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, culinary, housekeeping, retail, Front Desk, customer service, or a related environment is preferred but not required.
  • Department placement will be based on the employee's skills, experience, qualifications, and current business needs.
  • Employees assigned to positions requiring specific certifications, age requirements, or other qualifications must meet all applicable requirements prior to performing those duties.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work outside of the employee's primary department based on business needs.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and adapt quickly to changing assignments and priorities.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including safety, sanitation, food-handling, alcohol-service, guest-service, cash-handling, and equipment-use procedures applicable to the assigned position.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, quality, and guest service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Must be willing and able to perform the essential functions of the department or position to which the employee is assigned.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting, repetitive movements, and other physical activities associated with hospitality, housekeeping, culinary, dishwashing, retail, and Food & Beverage operations. Employees may be required to stand or walk for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
