Job Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop dining team members.
- Recruit, train, and manage employee performance.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Recognize and reward employee contributions.
Operations & Resident Experience
- Oversee daily dining operations.
- Develop and implement dining service plans.
- Manage food production, service delivery, and menu execution.
- Build strong relationships with residents, clients, and community leadership.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service recovery when needed.
Financial Management
- Manage food, labor, and operating costs.
- Own budget performance and P&L accountability.
- Monitor forecasts, inventory, and operational variances.
- Achieve food and labor targets.
Compliance
- Maintain compliance with Aramark standards.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- Food service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare dining, or related operational leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
