• Paid training to get you up and running
• Uncapped commission bonuses

• Leads are provided, and successful reps consistently supplement with self-generated opportunities - that’s the key to success here. It starts with “when is the last time you had your water tested?”

• Run ~7 appointments per week
• Close ~60% of them
• Sell/rent ~6 systems per week
That breaks down to:
• ~$70K from sales commissions
• ~$30K from rentals
Total: ~$100K annually - plus full benefits

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Meeting homeowners in their homes (appointments are provided)
