Schedule
- 3, 12-hour shifts per week
- Approximately 36 hours per week
- Weekday and weekend availability may be required based on clinic needs

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT, you’ll support both our patients and medical providers throughout the visit.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients and help maintain an efficient patient flow
- Complete clinical intake, including medical history, medications, chief complaint, and vital signs
- Document patient information accurately within the electronic medical record
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for examinations and procedures
- Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures
- Administer medications as permitted by certification or licensure
- Dress and bandage wounds and assist with basic wound care
- Perform blood draws and process laboratory specimens
- Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing
- Conduct diagnostic testing such as EKGs, vision testing, audiograms, and peak-flow testing
- Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine drug screens following required chain-of-custody procedures after training
- Perform medication dosage calculations
- Assist with X-ray preparation and set-up where applicable
- Clean and maintain clinical instruments and equipment
- Complete accurate medical charting and documentation
- Conduct patient callbacks and assist with referrals, testing, and follow-up appointments
- Monitor medical supplies, medications, and disposable inventory
- Complete routine quality checks of medical equipment
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members when needed
- Support patient registration and front-desk functions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited professional clinical program
- Current Medical Assistant certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Current applicable license required for LPN, EMT, or Radiologic Technologist candidates
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work weekday and/or weekend shifts based on clinic needs
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Strong patient service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Occupational Health, X-Ray, and/or IV experience preferred
- Ability to assist or transport patients by wheelchair when appropriate
