Job Summary As a maintenance technician, your responsibilities are to assist with a variety of duties, including installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing machines. Job Responsibilities Works under close supervision Sets up, adjusts, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repairs, and maintains assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality Performs scheduled maintenance Makes preventive maintenance check and inspection of assigned equipment, reports to Maintenance Supervisor, and takes appropriate action Analyzes mechanical and operational problems, makes necessary corrections, and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality Job Requirements Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memo Ability to read and understand manufactures instructions, blueprints, and isometric drawings Ability to safely use power and hand tools Maintain clean, safe work environment High school graduate or GED desired Concrete knowledge is desired Ability to lift up to 40 lbs​​​​ What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
