This position is under the direction of Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) and will operate in partnership with SKYLAKE Adventures, with a primary focus on leading and executing the food and beverage program on-site. While the role supports the overall SKYLAKE guest experience, it will report directly to CRG leadership and follow CRG’s hospitality standards, systems, and expectations.

Job Overview: As the Food Service Manager for CRG at SKYLAKE Adventures, you will be responsible for leading all on-site food service operations, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and guest-focused dining experience. This role will oversee daily kitchen and service execution, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate closely with CRG’s Premier Catering Team and other CRG locations for ordering, food preparation, logistics, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food service operations at SKYLAKE Adventures, including preparation, execution, and service standards
Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members to ensure proper staffing levels.
Create and maintain staff schedules based on business needs and seasonal demand.
Coordinate ordering, inventory, and product sourcing in partnership with CRG’s Premier Catering Team and other locations
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards are consistently met
Monitor and manage food and labor costs to align with budget expectations
Maintain strong communication with leadership, catering partners, and other CRG locations to ensure seamless operations
Provide hands-on leadership during service, supporting the team and maintaining a positive work environment
Assist with menu execution and adjustments based on seasonal offerings and event needs
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with high-volume service, catering, or event-based operations preferred
Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and cost controls
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
