Description
The Trust & Wealth Management team at Crews Bank & Trust is looking to add a Trust Client Services Associate.
This individual provides support by handling administrative tasks associated with managing trust accounts. Duties may include scheduling appointments, preparing documents, maintaining client records and handling correspondence. Often acts as a liaison between clients and Trust Officers to ensure smooth communication and assisting with inquiries.
Requirements
Work closely with Wealth Strategists team for seminar prep and event coordination
Assist with preparing client paperwork and appointment scheduling
Maintain original documents vault records – receive or deliver original documents as requested
Address Client/Officer inquiries, requests, and support for online access services
Perform clerical functions such as scanning and filing
Order and maintain supplies, general administrative duties in the area of mail, file maintenance, correspondence and record keeping
Minimum Skill Requirements and Background:
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
Effective inter-personal communication skills
Strong working knowledge using the Microsoft Office suite platform
Displays professional and courteous behavior in all situations
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and completion of projects
High School Diploma – college degree preferred or equivalent experience
Relevant work experience in banking, financial services and customer service
Experience with financial institution policies and procedures
