(“FMI”), an SEC registered investment adviser and a wholly owned, non-bank subsidiary of First Security Bancorp of Searcy, Arkansas, is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. You will be responsible for growing and supporting client relationships, providing investment advice, and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards. This role will require travel.ResponsibilitiesProspect and create new client relationshipsDeliver personalized investment advice to clientsConduct portfolio reviews and make investment recommendationsTravel to meet with clients and prospects as neededMaintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsWork ScheduleMonday – FridayGenerally, 40 hours a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Qualifications:Active Series 65 license requiredMinimum 3 years of investment advisory experienceStrong communication and client service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness and ability to travelCompetencies:Knowledge of financial concepts, calculations, and verbiageProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskWork EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily in a climate-controlled office building.
