Job Responsibility (Broad)
Direct management and execution of the shuttle operation
Achieve profitability, safety, and long-term success
Lead operational performance, staffing, and execution
Job Duties
Manage all drivers and personnel
Maintain client relationships
Ensure service execution and staffing alignment
Develop training programs
Enforce safety and accountability
PM may assume driver responsibilities to protect service levels or budget
Work Schedule
4 full operational days per week
Typical schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Start Time: 5:00 AM
End Time: Approximately 6:15 PM
Compensation
Base Salary: $77,000.00 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
Total Annual Bonus Potential: up to $15,000
Total Annual Earning Potential (including additional workdays): up to $107,000
Additional Days: $300.00 per day (optional)
Bonus Structure
The PM’s bonus structure is divided into two primary components:
Budget Performance Bonus (Operational Efficiency)
Safety Bonus (ACT Program)
Bonus eligibility begins first full calendar month after start date.
