The role is critical in keeping operations running smoothly by managing all administrative interactions directly with workers — allowing site leads and foremen to stay focused on production quality, safety, and efficiency. ResponsibilitiesManage daily sign-ins and sign-outs for all workersServe as the primary point of contact for workers on-site for all administrative questions or issuesFilter and resolve day-to-day worker concerns so site leads can stay focused on production and qualityTrack and report attendance issues and trendsConfirm hours with each technician weekly before payroll is processed to prevent errorsHandle pay discrepancies on Fridays by identifying issues, obtaining approvals, and submitting correctionsTroubleshoot minor tech issues on-site related to timekeeping or communication toolsRequirementsStrong organizational and communication skillsReliable and punctual — must be on-site for early and late shiftsComfortable managing high-volume sign-ins and worker interactionsBasic tech troubleshooting experience is a plusConstruction or field operations experience preferred, but not required Why Join UsYou’ll play a key role in supporting one of the most successful and fastest-growing solar contractors in the country.
