Overview
Crewe Capital is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager. This role combines business operations and executive support and is critical to enabling the effectiveness of firm leadership in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities; prepare materials and track follow-ups
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as liaison across internal teams, clients, and external partners; manage correspondence and email flow
- Platform Support: Assist with firm initiatives, events, and cross-functional coordination across the Crewe platform
- Operations: Support day-to-day administration including scheduling, expense management, and organizational workflows
- Personal Support: Coordinate travel, vendors, and ad hoc requests for management
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently in a dynamic environment
