Responsibilities
- Workflow Support
- Establish and maintain a workplan for departmental efforts to help with tracking and ensuring tasks are completed
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to document use cases and procedures
- Provide logistical support to further discussions and drive towards solutions
- Create and maintain various dashboards for visualization of progress with periodic updates to the team
- Requirements Gathering
- Capture business requirements and use cases including design specifications, implementation details, and testing approaches
- Ability to gain high level understanding of requirements and articulate to a variety of audiences and backgrounds
- Create/review formal documentation and adapt language/style to fit each need
- Testing
- Work with team members to write test plans for enhancements to tools and applications
- Assist with test case execution and documentation of results
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in use of MS Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Good time management and organizational skills to adapt to varying paces of workflow
- Motivated self-starter who proactively looks for ways to contribute
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
- Data analytic skills and associated visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience in SQL and relational database interactions
