IT Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site and may be involved in workstation support, telecom, printers, server support and/or networking
• Support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures
• Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
• Identify and document high-level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements
• Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
• Identify and understand the end user's need
• Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 2-3 years of IT Infrastructure experience supporting Windows PCs, printer, and basic networking
• Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows:
• WINTEL/LINUX NetPC standard and process PC’s
• HP and Manufacturing printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
• Telecom — Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routers\Switches Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN and Wireless
• Provide standard and local software support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Perform ITSM, MOC and 24/7 Pager support maximizing site related HW/SW resource uptime
• Maintain dashboard expectations for PC’s, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, and PC/server vulnerabilities
• Attend and comply with all plant IT and production, FDA and GMP, corporate IT, and Safety required training meetings and activities
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
