Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to business area owners, control consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure effective business access management that protects company data and assets
  • Manage and understand the IAM Business Role management tool
  • Understand role-based access controls (RBAC) and how it’s implemented
  • Review and respond to advanced IAM shared email inquiries
  • Complete daily IAM tasks and reports as assigned to ensure compliance with controls, functional rules, and ITGC financial requirements
  • Participate in enhancing team capabilities and optimizing key processes
  • Contribute to the creation of or updates to procedure documentation as needed
  • Participate on implementing changes or other projects as directed by manager
  • Conduct peer reviews as needed

Qualifications

  • Very strong written and oral communication is a must
  • IAM or Sailpoint specific experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling day-to-day and project level work
  • Willing to raise your hand for additional work/try different things

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
