Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
- Assist in managing the job posting process on internal and external sites, ensuring content effectively captures the role
- Support the recruiting and hiring process for various levels and roles, coordinate logistics and communications
- Review applications, assist in screening candidates, and schedule interviews
- Maintain and track recruiting data, including pipeline activity, candidate status, and performance metrics
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including offer letters, background checks, HRIS entry, and completion of new hire paperwork
- Work with HR Business Partners and the Compensation team to ensure alignment and continuity across roles within the organization
- Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Experience in HR, recruitment coordination or a related role, preferably in matrixed environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple concurrent priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with candidates and stakeholders
- Quick understanding of the company's value proposition and ability to convey it through various communication channels
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Recruiting experience in an enterprise organization
