Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime
  • Install apps and set up desktop and laptop hardware including peripheral devices
  • Communicate technical information to end users in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Take ownership of incidents or requests in ITSM escalated from the IT Service Desk and document all technical support activities in the ticketing system
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and other support documentation
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new hardware and software
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; working toward or in possession of a technical degree or certification preferred
  • 2 years of experience in desktop support, including experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and desktop hardware
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in/with:
    • Windows 10 and 11
    • iPhones and iPads
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • HP Secure Print
    • Troubleshooting
The pay for this role is $20/hr.
