Position Overview:
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista to join our front-of-house team. At Crew, baristas do more than just make great coffee—they create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values attention to detail, hustle, and positive energy. You should enjoy being busy, be ready to jump into different tasks throughout your shift, and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-run space.
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages to Crew’s standards
- Provide warm, genuine service to every guest, every time
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep the coffee and service area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with general front-of-house duties including restocking, dishwashing, clearing tables, and wiping surfaces
- Assist in the production of beverages, including using the stove to cook house made syrups as needed.
- Support your teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Maintain a calm, focused attitude during busy rushes
- Uphold Crew’s standards for cleanliness, hospitality, and presentation
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to connect with guests
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible attitude and a team-first mindset
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to work hard and have fun doing it
