Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor for a full-time, on-site position at our Plainville, CT location. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and service technicians, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, providing detailed service consultations, and accurately documenting services and repairs. The ideal candidate will prioritize creating positive customer experiences while maintaining efficient workflow in the service department.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
