Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and safety, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and transporting vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires the ability to operate various types of towing equipment, including flatbed tow trucks. No experience needed. We are willing to train the right. We just need someone that is a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed models, to transport vehicles.
- Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their needs.
- Conduct routine checks on towing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Utilize conflict management skills when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
- Assist with minor mechanical issues on-site when necessary.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with tow trucks and flatbed vehicles.
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
