Job Summary
The industrial sewer position is an important part of our production team. The primary work will be the industrial sewing of vinyl for marine furniture: pontoon bench seats, recliners, captains chairs, or other boat seats as needed. This is not a piece-rate position.

Job Skills
- Sewing experience required, industrial sewing experience preferred
- Ability to sew single-needle and double-needle topstitch is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Safely navigate a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate well with others in a team environment and be able to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
Compensation
- 2 week training pay of $18.50/hr. Starting pay of $20.50/hr.
- Paid time off to be used during scheduled shutdowns begins accruing at 3 months of employment
