Crew Outfitters is a unique specialty retailer serving the hardworking pilots, flight attendants, and aviation professionals who keep the world moving. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Inventory amp; Customer Service Associate to join our Miami team!

What You'll Be DoingInventory amp; Operations
- Handle daily shipping, receiving, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Create purchase requests and assist with product replenishment.
- Organize merchandise, stockrooms, and retail displays.
- Track customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Help improve inventory procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
- Welcome and assist pilots, flight attendants, and other aviation professionals.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
- Process purchases, phone orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Operate the cash register and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
- Help customers find the right uniforms, luggage, and aviation accessories.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.
- Previous retail, inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Experience with CounterPoint POS is a plus, but we're happy to train!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Competitive starting pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour, based on experience.
