Software Verification Engineer

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Test software prototypes that support cardiac electrophysiology workflows through hands on and emulated testing
• Collaborate with team members to design and document test workflows
• Create and run testing scripts to analyze software performance
• Document findings and user feedback into technical reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Preferred degree in: Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience in related job/field
• Experience with Python, C , or equivalent
• Experience with Excel, Minitab, or Matlab for processing/displaying data
• Ability to work with cross-functional team and interact with customers
• Be innovative, resourceful, and work with minimal direction
• Excellent organization, problem solving, communication, and team leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and make data driven decisions
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing software/hardware systems
• Medical device company experience
• Some knowledge of cardiac anatomy/physiology
• Experience with Linux based environments
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
