Junior Consultant

Location: MN-Maplewood, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Support the conversion of application documentation and artifacts to align with the new EA SDLC standard
• Collect, organize, and standardize documentation, execute conversion checklists, and track remediation
• Maintain app owner review documentation and organize SharePoint
• Support content preparation for SOPs, training, and PMO methodology content
• Support alignment activities across development, testing, and release
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science - Business, Information Management
• Qtest/JIRA
• Process planning/Business Analysis/Data Analytics/Training
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
