CREW Hawaii is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Program Administrative Services Coordinator to support monthly events and organizational operations. This contract role runs through November 2026 and is based on a monthly contract. Responsibilities includes both in‑person and virtual event support.
- Attend one in‑person CREW Hawaii event per month to manage on‑site logistics, including venue coordination, room setup, A/V needs, check‑in, walk‑in payments, and name tag preparation.
- Coordinate event logistics at the direction of the Programs Committee: venue booking, menu selection, event flow, and vendor communication.
- Manage guest check‑in processes and prepare attendee materials.
- Order lei for speakers and special guests within approved budgets and submit receipts for reimbursement.
- Provide post‑event reporting, including attendee no‑show summaries.
- For additional monthly events, provide virtual logistics support such as venue booking, menu selection, sign‑in sheets, name tag templates, and updates to event tracking spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with the Programs Committee to ensure smooth event execution.
- $500 monthly fee plus Hawaii GET.
