What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher position at Crew Finder Pro?
we are looking OSHA 30 certified concrete workers for prevailing wage projects now. Flatwork, foundations, footings, curbs, sidewalks, structural.
Pay: Prevailing wage rates per NJ DOL rate schedule typically $35 to $55 /hr depending on classification, county, and fringe. Pay is set and paid directly by the contractor who hires you.
Work includes:
- Pouring, placing, and finishing concrete
- Setting and stripping forms
- Screeding, floating, troweling, edging
- Site prep and cleanup
Requirements:
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Legally authorized to work in the US (required)
- Experience with concrete work (finishers, form setters, and laborers welcome)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
