What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative & Marketing Associate position at Crew Dog?
Creative & Marketing Associate (Part-Time, ~15 hrs/week)
We're a fast growing consumer startup brand looking for a hands-on marketing leader to help us run day-to-day marketing.
Your work will be split into two areas:
- Creative strategy and social media management
- Paid media campaign ownership and ideation
You'll work closely with our internal marketing team and existing agencies (paid media, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the marketing calendar across earned, paid, owned, and social
- Own social media strategy end-to-end with our internal team
- Co-own paid media creative strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads) - briefing and evaluating agency work, not hands-on execution
Requirements:
- (Ideally) Experience working with a consumer startup brand and helping scale it
- Direct tenured experience with social media branding/marketing
- Comfortable managing agency relationships and paid media strategy
- Strong grasp of brand-building and consumer marketing
Details:
- ~15 hrs/week, hybrid/remote (NYC office)
- 1099 contract
- Rate: $25–30/hr
•6-month initial contract, high potential to extend
