Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, self-starting Social Media Manager who’s ready to take the reins and bring our brand to life online. This isn’t a role for someone who needs micromanaging—we’re trusting you to lead the creative vision, experiment with content, and help us connect with our audience through storytelling, behind-the-scenes clips, before-and-after transformations, and short-form video.
You’ll manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, run ad campaigns, and build content that attracts both property owners, vacationers and renters.

This role comes with real growth opportunity. You’ll begin as a Social Media Manager, but as the company scales, there’s a clear path to grow into the Marketing Director, leading strategy and creative across multiple channels and teams.

You’ll manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, run ad campaigns, and build content that attracts both property owners, vacationers and renters.
What You'll Do
- Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes)
- Edit short-form videos from our properties and projects
- Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Visit properties (as needed) to film content
- Maintain a strong, consistent voice across platforms
- Provide status updates every Tuesday and Thursday
- Join two 30-min check-in meetings per week
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction
- Someone who can own and lead the creative vision
- Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Comfortable running ads and tracking results
- Bonus: Passion for real estate, design, lifestyle content, or short-term rentals
