Position Summary

Event Servers play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities

● Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently

● Set up and break down banquet rooms and event spaces

● Assist with buffet service, plated meals, receptions, and cocktail events

● Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events

● Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and clients

● Follow event timelines and supervisor instructions

● Assist with table settings, replenishment, and event support duties

● Work collaboratively with banquet captains, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event teams

● Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications

● Previous serving, banquet, hospitality, restaurant, or event experience preferred

● Strong customer service and communication skills

● Reliable transportation

● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

● Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

● Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
