Crew 1 Rowing – Part-Time Coach
Crew 1 Rowing is looking for an energetic, reliable coach to lead fun, motivating indoor rowing and strength classes. We welcome applicants with fitness, coaching, or rowing experience who enjoy helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals. Must be able to coach 5:30am classes as well as weekends
Responsibilities:
- Lead safe, engaging classes
- Demonstrate proper rowing technique
- Motivate and support members
- Arrive on time and maintain a clean studio
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and professional
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Group fitness certification preferred but not required
