Description:
The overall purpose of the Housekeeping Floor Tech position is maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness within well-established guidelines and assigned areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow cleaning schedule as outlined for the housekeeping department.
- Ensure the facility maintains high standards of housekeeping excellence.
- Stripping, buffing, waxing floors, and carpet cleaning.
- Clean and mop front entrance including door and window
- Change curtains in resident rooms when deep cleaning is done and/or as needed
- Clean small dining room/TV room dust and mop
- Take trash out in soiled utility room
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year job experience in housekeeping, healthcare, hotel, hospitality, or other similar work situation.
- Committed to customer service.
- Friendly, responsible, dependable, team oriented.
