Service Estimator

We are hiring a Service Estimator to join our growing HVAC service team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in inside sales, estimating, or service coordination within the HVAC or construction industries. The right candidate will play a key role in quoting HVAC repairs, creating equipment replacement proposals, and renewing preventative maintenance contracts.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit HVAC repair quotes, equipment replacement proposals, and service agreements

• Coordinate the renewal of preventative maintenance agreements with the service and dispatch teams

• Collaborate with HVAC technicians and field supervisors to ensure accurate scoping and pricing

• Conduct customer follow-ups to support the sales process and assist with closing open proposals

• Maintain organized and accurate digital records using CRM tools and company templates

• Order HVAC equipment and parts for awarded proposals

• Assist with various administrative tasks related to quoting, scheduling, and customer communication

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years in inside sales, estimating, or HVAC service administration

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with HVAC systems, especially light commercial HVAC (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience using CRM systems or proposal management software (BuildOps experience is a plus but not required)
