The Regional Procurement Manager – Northeast owns procurement execution across partner businesses in the region, working directly with field leaders to manage purchasing, drive process adoption, and improve cost performance. Reporting into Corporate, this role ensures procurement strategy is consistently applied in day-to-day operations. This role acts as the regional execution arm of the centralized procurement function, bridging strategy and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
Experience In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Controls Environments Preferred
Proven ability to influence field teams and drive adoption in decentralized or multi-site environments
Familiarity with Spectrum, Trimble, or similar procurement/ERP systems
NOTE: This role is on site Monday thru Friday in either our South Easton, Ma. or Plymouth, Ma. location
Key Responsibilities
- Execute procurement activities, including purchase orders, sourcing, and quote management, ensuring alignment with procurement strategy.
- Drive adoption of the procurement program and ensure consistent use of tools, processes, and playbooks
- Support field teams in making effective purchasing decisions aligned with cost and operational goals
- Manage local and regional vendor relationships, including performance feedback and issue resolution
- Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities across purchasing activities
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization
- Serve as the feedback loop between field operations and corporate procurement, surfacing opportunities, risks, and supplier insights
- Partner with Corporate Procurement and technology partners to align regional execution with enterprise strategy
