- Independently perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, heating, refrigeration, air-conditioning low-voltage electrical systems, and other building systems and equipment.

✔ 2 years industrial building maintenance
✔ 2 years plumbing, HVAC, Electrical knowledge
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
