Dynaire is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead field crews, and ensure high-quality, safe, and timely repair and maintenance. This role supports commercial projects and larger service jobs including RTUs, heat pumps, VRF systems, ventilation, and hydronic equipment. The Foreman provides hands-on technical support while directing technicians and representing Dynaire professionally on customer sites
Location: Mineola NY and surrounding Long Island markets
Type: Full-time, permanent
Pay: Up to $75/hr DOE
Experience: 5 years field work/ 3 years in leadership role

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and schedule HVAC technicians on commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and workflow to meet project timelines.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and work orders.
- Oversee troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
- Coach technicians and maintain high workmanship and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, GC/owner representatives, and customers.
- Identify scope issues, risks, or delays early and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, reports, and timekeeping.
- Represent Dynaire professionally and ethically in all business activities.
- Five or more years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- 3 years leading or supervising field crews.
- Proficiency with RTUs, split systems, VRF, ventilation, and hydronic equipment.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with national, state, and local mechanical codes.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
- Ability to work in ceilings, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces.
