What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial and institutional HVAC systems, including boilers, burners, RTUs, pumps, air handlers, and walk-in coolers.
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and warranty services.
- Replace components or complete systems as needed.
- Maintain compliance with service standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
- Document all work performed and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of HVAC service experience in commercial or institutional settings.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across multiple system types (RTUs, pumps, AHUs, refrigeration equipment, etc.).
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 or higher preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC service techniques and safety practices.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Factory/OEM training (Trane, Aaon, Daikin, Liebert, etc.) preferred.
- Union position with year-round work stability.
