What You’ll Be Doing
- Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules
- Communicate job progress, needs, and issues clearly to site leadership
- Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures
- 5 years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Own basic hand tools required for the trade
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed
