Re-location assistance can be considered for well qualified candidates. Must have at least 5 years of Estimation/Project Management experience with knowledge in commercial construction. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous base pay and bonus structure, hands-on training, and room for growth within the organization. Essential Duties For Estimator
- Create accurate take off for Commercial Electrical projects
- Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
- Properly process/submit/file change orders
- Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
- Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
- 5 Years minimum experience in a similar Electrical estimator role
- Experience with Commercial or Industrial Electrical Estimation / Project Management.
- Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software.
- Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications.
