Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Stamford CT
Hourly Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Education: HS Diploma OR GED
Company Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors at the door
- Schedule meetings and techs
- Schedule service calls with customers utilizing our ERP and Outlook calendar systems
- Administrative tasks such as permit filing and customer rebate filings
- Scheduling leads for our salespeople on their calendars
- Help with A/P, A/R, and dispatching when needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in HVAC CSR support preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
