What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Plumber position at Crete United?
Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company, was founded in 1996 and is a commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are currently looking to add a member to our team who has a current Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber license with 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing. Work hours are typically Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm in the Denver Metro area.
Daily work will include (but is not limited to) installation and/or replacement of new drain and water lines, water heaters, TI (Tenant Improvement), commercial bathroom renovation, underground rough, small ground up construction, and core drilling.

Responsibilities
- Lead crews and represent Foster Plumbing professionally on jobsites
- Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE usage
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and building engineers
- Review and execute work per approved drawings, submittals, and specifications
- Order and manage materials efficiently; control jobsite costs
- Proper Documentation for job notes, RFIs, change orders, and daily photos
- Track labor and material performance and communicate needs proactively
- Maintain quality workmanship, schedule awareness, and crew productivity
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Strong experience with commercial plumbing systems
- Proven ability to lead crews and run jobsites
- Ability to read and execute work from blueprints and specs
- Rough-in and underground experience preferred
- Professional communication and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs and supply basic hand tools
License/Certification:
- Driver's License with no DUI/DWAI in past 5 years. (Required)
- Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber License (Required)
