- Hands out parts to mechanics and charges out parts in the computer.
- Assists in maintaining accuracy of inventory and parts stocking levels.
- Responsible for the warranty part and core return process.
- Creates purchase order numbers for parts being ordered, enters records and ascertains types and parts numbers.
- Contacts vendors to order parts.
- Compares invoices received with purchase order number on file in computer.
- Puts away stock orders as they arrive.
- Assists in shipping and receiving for departments as needed.
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Manages regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
