Position Summary
The Human Resources Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization.
Role And Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to understand the requirements, desired qualifications, and team needs.
- Manages the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks, and job offers.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource leadership team during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Represents the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines and increase employer brand awareness.
- Conducts periodic follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Coordinates interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangement, and accommodations when needed.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Travels as needed.
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Manages regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as needed.
