We're seeking a dynamic Player Recruiter based in LA to join our team as an independent contractor. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and recruiting players for our academy and residency programs. If you have a keen eye for talent and a network in the American market, this could be your chance to make a real impact and get valuable experience in Sports Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout and recruit promising players across USA for our academy and residency initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with players, coaches, agents, and local communities.
Evaluate talent through assessments, trials, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless onboarding of new recruits.
Track recruitment metrics and report on progress.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in player recruitment, scouting, or talent acquisition (sports, gaming, or related fields preferred).
Strong network within American talent pools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Passion for developing young talent and a results-driven mindset.
Remuneration:
