Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Duties: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. 

Schedule: 

• Full-Time (AM, PM, & NOC)
• Part-Time (AM, PM, & NOC)
• On-Call

Qualifications:

• Graduation from high school.
• Possess a current, valid certification issued by the California State Department of Health Service (new grads welcome to apply).

About the campus: Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs – for example, Alzheimer’s or dementia.
