Title: AR Reporting Specialist

Job Duties:  The AR Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable data and third-party reporting. Audits and confirms census, revenue, expense, and cash receipts source documentation to ensure accuracy of AR data recorded for billing, month end processing and internal management business decisions. The AR Reporting Specialist compiles and converts key accounts receivable data into skillfully formatted spreadsheets/tables.

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: The AR Reporting Specialist position is offered as a hybrid position.

 Qualifications: 

• Two (2) years’ experience in a Healthcare/SNF/Hospital/Clinic setting managing/auditing third party receivables, admissions, and revenue reconciliation.
• Advanced computer knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI Associate degree preferred. 
• California resident within commutable distance to Stockton.
