What are the responsibilities and job description for the STNA - PRN position at Crestwood Ridge Nursing & Rehab?
Continuing Healthcare Solutions has an exciting opportunity for experienced STNA's who are willing to work PRN at our Hillsboro facility. You would be free to select your shifts based on open and available needs and only need to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month in order to main active within the PRN pool at this building.

Experience and Skills:
STNA's are responsible for providing assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established nursing care procedures as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN/LPN. Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant. Must possess as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
