Large Private Preschool Program serving children from Toddlers thru Kindergarten is seeking a Science Teacher. Ideal candidate has a broad knowledge of science, a love of children and is passionate about inspiring them to explore the wonders of the world around them.
Our school and curriculum is unique for a pre-school. We are set on a beautiful 15 acre campus with its own science building with ample supplies for experiments and a garden that students actively work in.
Typical hours are from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing Lesson Plans
- Meeting with Education Director and other staff for curriculum
- Set up and conduct Lessons
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of science room
- Attending any staff meetings as needed
- All required paperwork as per school and NYS regulations
