What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Special Ed Assistant position at CRESTVIEW SCHOOL OF INQUIRY?
Address: 8355 Franklin Avenue, Clive, Iowa 50325
6.75 hr/day, 8:45 am – 4:00 pm M, Tu, Th, F; 3 hr on W 8:45-11:45. Applicant will hold or be willing to get a para-educator certification. Experience working with children. 4 yr or 2 yr college experience or paraeducator certification.
Performs clerical duties, provides general student supervision, and works cooperatively with the classroom teacher in serving the needs of preschool students. May also be expected to assist with specific student needs. Needs of the students can generally be met through the consultative or collaborative teaching models. Preschool classrooms generally have 15 students.
